How Care For
SoCal Works
We believe knowledge is power. By educating clients around self-care, we empower independence and improve quality of life. We begin with an in-home assessment performed by a Registered Nurse to evaluate the needs of each client. We’ll also review medications and medical diagnoses before offering a comprehensive care plan that’s customized to you or your loved one.
With each visit, we’ll evaluate the client’s response to care and offer ongoing adjustments. One of our RN’s will also initiate referrals, supervise and direct caregivers, and offer support to clients’ families to achieve your individualized goals.

Care For SoCal Home Care is the best! The owners, Jackie and Brandi, worked closely with us to create and implement a plan for the care of our elderly dad after a serious fall. The caregivers were kind, patient and compassionate and provided exceptional care. They were passionate about caregiving and genuinely cared for our dad. They were able to identify and ease our dad's discomfort and needs and they were supportive and encouraging with his rehabilitation. They were good communicators both with our dad and our family the entire time. We highly recommend Care For SoCal Home Care for in-home care.
