We know that transportation is key to every person’s independence. Even if your loved one can’t drive themselves, we are here to offer transportation assistance to help make appointments, run errands, or simply get out and about.
Care for SoCal caregivers are licensed and insured to drive your loved one in their car or yours.
MEDICATION ASSISTANCE AND REMINDERS
Managing medications can be a daunting task. Medication errors aren’t only common, they can have a substantial impact on an individual, especially the elderly.
If your loved one needs medication assistance, a Care for SoCal Registered Nurse will review and implement a customized medication plan that includes reminders so our caregivers can support you safely.
RESPITE CARE
Everyone needs time to refresh and recharge. We understand that taking care of a loved one can be both physically and emotionally exhausting. We’re here to support families with loving respite care that allows primary caregivers to step out or have some much-needed downtime.

PHYSICAL THERAPY AND REHABILITATION SUPPORT
If you or your loved one has orders for physical therapy or rehabilitation support we can work together, following them closely and implement them into the plan of care. As physical therapy is such an important factor in recovery and regaining strength and mobility, especially in the elderly, it is a valuable component in our plan to develop and maintain a high quality of life and well-being. Insurance companies sometimes limit the amount of therapy that can be provided, it is an added benefit to have a caregiver present to encourage and support continued prescribed exercises.
AFTER-SURGERY HOME CARE
We provide post-surgery home care for clients of all ages. Whether you live alone or simply need extra support following a surgery, let us optimize your recovery experience, and manage your plan of care. Our after-surgery home care support includes:

Care For SoCal Home Care is the best! The owners, Jackie and Brandi, worked closely with us to create and implement a plan for the care of our elderly dad after a serious fall. The caregivers were kind, patient and compassionate and provided exceptional care. They were passionate about caregiving and genuinely cared for our dad. They were able to identify and ease our dad's discomfort and needs and they were supportive and encouraging with his rehabilitation. They were good communicators both with our dad and our family the entire time. We highly recommend Care For SoCal Home Care for in-home care.
